Certification Steps
Requirments:
The company must be based or have a physical presence in the United States, Australia, Canada, or the UK.
The company must have been in business for a minimum of one year.
An exception can be made if a new business is a spinoff or a division of an existing business, which is known to and has a positive track record with the BBB.
The company must have a satisfactory record with the Better Business Bureau.

The company must agree to all of the Online Trusted™ reliability requirements.
Business registrations and location have been verified by using third party sources to confirm the information posted on the business website is correct and valid.
All irregularities that are discovered will have to be remedied prior to Online Trusted™ certification and will prevent businesses from posting the Business Reliability Seal.
Your website must have a Privacy Policy with a link from the home page. You may use this one privacy policy
Step 1. - Submit your Business Application
Complete the online application form, which provides us with information regarding company ownership, management, address and contact information for the business. Apply Today
Step 2. - Pay Program Fee
There is a license fee for participating in Online Trusted Program™.

Step 3. - Install the Reliability Seal(s) on your website
After your Web site has been reviewed and your company has been approved you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to install the seal(s) on your website.
